This shoe is ok. It’s pretty light and has that nice Saucony fit. Saucony’s heel counter is nice and stiff and actually holds your heel down, unlike most other brands. The ride is smooth and cushioned -- plenty of blown rubber on the forefoot. There are a few too many overlays on the forefoot, but they haven’t caused me any problems yet. The heel seems soft; but I’m not a heel-striker so that doesn’t mean much to me.

No quirks..good cushioning, nicely padded tongue and with decent breathability. Looks well made too.

A great stability shoe for overpronation, then the Trigon Guides may be a good choice, as their forefoot cushion is very good. However, if you don't need the control, then try the Trigon Ride....

I owned Omni 5 and Trigon Guide 3..
The Omni is a far more stabil shoe than the guide which is barely more stable than the Ride.
I prefer Omni 5...
